Tom Lunzman, PE

Tom grew up in Nebraska and received a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines in Rapid City, SD. He has spent the bulk of his engineering career in Land Development.  He has been the Project Manager / Engineer of Record on over 9,000 multifamily and senior housing units.  He has worked on a variety of type of project in land development including multifamily, hospitality, senior housing, healthcare, variety of commercial, self-storage, industrial, and single family.  He has also worked on various projects outside land development including pipeline, transportation, water/wastewater and mining across 14 different states (CO, IL, IN, KY, MO, MT, ND, NE, NV, SD, TX, UT, WV, & WY ).   In his free time, he is busy spending time with his wife and 4 kids.  Tom volunteers coaching many youth sports.  And he tries to find time to go skiing, hunting, mountain biking, backpack, and play rec sports.
